For our server to be able to interpret the file you upload properly you must follow some simple guidelines.
- Your file must be an Excel Spreadsheet files in both the older .xls or newer .xlsx format.
- Do not include any header lines that contain the names of the fields. These will just be ignored.
- First and last names should not include commas, or titles such as “Dr.” or “Ms.”
- Birthdates must be in the format: YYYY-MM-DD
