The Enterprise Active Directory service includes a Remote Desktop Gateway service which can be used by faculty and staff at the University. Using a remote desktop gateway is a more secure way of connecting to devices directly via RDP.

To use the RDG gateway, you need:

  1. An eToken for authentication. If you don’t have an eToken, check with your departmental eToken administrator to see if this is available.
  2. Follow the RDP client configuration instructions here:
