Registration with DAI-IRSA Program grants you – and any delegates you indicate – access to the inventory and assessment surveys and reporting dashboards. All participants will be added to the IRSA broadcast listserv.
Complete the registration form to request an account and survey shells for your unit. Once your access request is processed, you will be able to login and complete your Data Asset Inventory and Information Risk Self-Assessment.
Data for the inventory and self-assessment are collected through a survey form hosted on REDCap surveys, a survey platform maintained by Academic Collaborative Technologies (ACT).
